Shipping Policy

We proudly ship all orders via Mainfreight across New Zealand.

Shipping Coverage

We are able to service all of New Zealand by Mainfreight.

Delivery Options

Depot Collection: Your order will be delivered to your selected Mainfreight depot for collection. You'll receive a tracking number and SMS which will notify you that your delivery is ready for collection, as well as included instructions and desired dates.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

North Island: 1–3 business days (to depot)
South Island: 2–5 business days (to depot)

Note: Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, weight, and destination.
For large or custom orders (e.g., multiple units or palletised freight), please contact us for a tailored quote.

Order Tracking

All orders include a Mainfreight tracking number. Track your shipment at:

You can also request for milestone updates along the transit process.

Freight Damage or Loss

Please inspect your goods upon pickup. If anything is missing or damaged:
- Notify the depot staff immediately.
- Email us at sales@barracuda.net.nz within 24 hours and include your tracking number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Policy

At Barracuda, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. On a case by case basis, we will:
- Arrange a replacement or refund
- Cover return shipping for confirmed faults

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-manufactured or modified products
- Clearance or final sale items

How to Request a Return

Email us at sales@barracuda.net.nz with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if detailing reason for return

We’ll guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorisation if eligible.
